Cancellation/Refund Policy for TribalsBazaar.com

1. Order Cancellation:

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours from the time of placing the order. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team at info@tribalsbazaar.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that order cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

a. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. You may need to proceed with a return request (see Section 2).

b. If your order has not been shipped but contains customized or personalized items, the cancellation may be subject to approval based on the stage of production.

c. If your order includes digital products or services, cancellations may not be possible once the download or access link has been provided.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 Days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

b. Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the purchased item, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

i. The request for a refund must be submitted within 2 days from the date of receiving the product.

ii. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

iii. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

c. Incorrect Item Received: In case you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a refund.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at info@tribalsbazaar.com to inform them about your return request.

b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return.

c. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

d. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund or replacement as per your request.

4. Refund Processing:

a. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

b. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exceptions:

a. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

b. Digital products or services that have been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refunds.
